OMEGA CAPSULE
Linseed oil, capsule shell: (glycerin, modified corn starch, E407, water, iron oxide colour, sodium carbonate), D-alpha-tocopherol concentrate, menaquinone 7, tocopherols and tocotrienols, cholecalciferol, retinyl palmitate

Take one ALL IN Basis capsule and one OMEGA capsule daily with plenty of liquid and with a meal. 
For dry, itchy skin, one capsule of each can also be taken twice daily.
