Your responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative and commercial tasks
• Inventory management: ordering, stockkeeping, and checking medicines and pharmacy products
• Cash register duties and billing with health insurance companies
• Customer service and advice in the OTC (over-the-counter products) area
• Supporting marketing campaigns and product presentations
• Maintaining and managing customer data

Your profile

• Completed training as a Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant (PKA)
• Sound knowledge of inventory management and stockkeeping
• Experience using pharmacy software
• Friendly and service-oriented manner
• Reliability and a careful approach to work
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of statutory health insurance is an advantage
