Step 1: Browse and select products

• You can now continue shopping or start the checkout process by clicking "Checkout".

Step 2: Enter your details

• Carefully check that your entries are correct.
• If you notice an error, use the available editing functions to correct your entries.
• When everything is correct, click "Continue" to go to the next step.
• Alternatively, you can change your entries and return to the previous step by clicking "Back".

Step 3: Select a shipping method

• Select your preferred shipping method from the available options.
• Once you have selected a shipping method, the shop will display the shipping costs.
• Check your selected options and make sure they meet your needs.
• When all the settings are correct, click "Continue".
• Alternatively, you can change your entries and return to the previous step by clicking "Back".

Step 4: Select a payment method

• Select your preferred payment method.
• Depending on the method selected, enter your payment details directly in the fields that appear or make the payment after completing the contract.
• If your billing address differs from your delivery address, please enter it.
• Check your selected options and make sure they meet your needs.
• When all the settings are correct, click "Continue".
• Alternatively, you can change your entries and return to the previous step by clicking "Back".

Step 5: Complete your purchase

• Carefully read the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
• Agree to the terms by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
• Click the "Place order with obligation to pay" button to complete your purchase.

Step 6: Payment (optional)

• With some payment methods, payment is made only after the contract has been completed.
• In this case, you will be redirected to the payment provider and returned to the shop once payment has been made.

Step 7: Order confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• Check that the order confirmation is correct and that all the details of your order have been recorded correctly.
• If necessary, you can contact the online shop's customer service to clarify any discrepancies.
