The combination of lecithin, B vitamins and ginseng helps boost zest for life and energy, supports cognitive function, and normalizes cholesterol levels and fat metabolism.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, as well as ginseng, support energy metabolism and physical vitality.

ENERGY

Ginseng helps promote mental and physical vitality. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid and B12, as well as lecithin, help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Lecithin and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin and B12 support normal nervous system function.  Vitamin B5 supports the production of neurotransmitters.

MENTAL FITNESS

Ginseng supports concentration.  Vitamin B5, zinc, lecithin and phosphatidylcholine support mental performance and cognitive function.

Phosphatidylcholine and lecithin support normal cholesterol levels. Choline and zinc support fat metabolism.
