Coenzyme Q10 is a substance found in all our body's cells, in high concentrations primarily in energy-intensive organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver. Coenzyme Q10 is one of the essential factors for efficient energy production in the body's cellular power plants (mitochondria).

In its reduced form (ubiquinol), it is also an important antioxidant that primarily protects the membranes of our cells and cell compartments (such as the mitochondria) from oxidative stress.

The following key active ingredients are contained in Metabolicum® Coenzyme Q10 Spray:

Ingredients

Glycerin, water, ubiquinol (soy), acidifier lactic acid, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, preservative potassium sorbate

Unless otherwise prescribed, spray one spray into the mouth 3 times daily and allow it to dissolve on the tongue.

Shake before use. Prime the pump several times before first use. For optimal dosing, wait until the spray head returns to its starting position.
