Manuela strengthens the management team in the area of communications. Videos about life at the pharmacy, photos, brochures, flyers, and various social media posts are part of her everyday work. However, she still needs to work on her powers of persuasion when it comes to getting her colleagues in front of the camera—even though all she wants is to show everyone in the right light.

The trained journalist has been working freelance for the pharmacy since 2017. She wrote and edited articles for the customer magazine and also helped out with the occasional communications emergency.

In her private life, the mother of a teenager is currently mainly occupied with getting him through school. To balance things out, she regularly goes to the gym and occasionally heads to the mountains. She is addicted to podcasts, Asian food, and news of all kinds.
