Even as a teenager, Marianne knew that in her future career she wanted to “do something in medicine,” but definitely did not want to become a doctor, so a career in pharmacy was practically predetermined.

After studying in Graz, she worked in a wide variety of pharmacies throughout Styria—from Graz to Liezen to Eisenerz. A few years ago, the Semriach native joined the team in Bruck, and since May 2022 she has been part of the Zweihorn Pharmacy team.

For over 15 years now, she has been doing what she always wanted to do: seeing people as a whole and supporting them holistically in getting well and staying healthy. Marianne continually pursues further training in classic pharmaceutical fields, but is also interested in complementary medicine. Here, she is primarily a point of contact for traditional European medicine and homeopathy.

Marianne is a passionate hobby gardener. Whatever her vegetable garden yields is promptly cooked or preserved. She loves baking and, together with her husband, enthusiastically tackles DIY projects around the house. If there is any time left after all that activity, she likes to lace up her hiking boots and explore the Styrian mountain peaks.
