Carnitine is an essential factor in the utilization of fat. It enables the transport of long-chain fatty acids into the cells' energy powerhouses (mitochondria), where they can be used to produce energy.

As an antioxidant, it is also part of the body's own protective system against oxidative stress.

Bound as acetyl-L-carnitine, carnitine can cross the blood-brain barrier and thus perform its functions in the brain.

Acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 capsules with liquid before breakfast.
