Coenzyme Q10 is a substance found in all our body's cells, in high concentrations primarily in energy-intensive organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys and liver.  Coenzyme Q10 is one of the essential factors for efficient energy production in the body's cellular power plants (mitochondria).

In its reduced form (ubiquinol), it is also an important antioxidant that primarily protects the membranes of our cells and cell compartments (such as the mitochondria) from oxidative stress.

The following key active ingredients are contained in one daily dose of Metabolicum® Coenzyme Q10 60 mg Capsules:

Ingredients

Bulking agent: pea fibre, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ubiquinone.

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule daily with a drink at breakfast or lunch.
