Magnesium and potassium are essential minerals. They work together to stabilize cell membranes and thus ensure the functionality of excitable body cells (e.g. heart muscle cells).

Taurine is one of the relaxing neurotransmitters. Together with vitamin C, it is part of the antioxidant defense system of the human body.

Ingredients

Potassium citrate, magnesium oxide, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium L-ascorbate, taurine, bulking agent pea fiber, vegetable oil (coconut, rapeseed) 

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with liquid.
