Ingredients

Acidity regulator citric acid, magnesium carbonate, potassium citrate, bulking agent maltodextrin, sodium L-ascorbate, taurine, flavoring, sweetener steviol glycosides.

Unless otherwise prescribed, dissolve 1 slightly heaped teaspoon (= approx. 5 g) in 1/4 liter of water and drink during the morning.
