Ingredients

Filler microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc acetate, manganese gluconate, copper(II) gluconate, sodium selenate, sodium molybdate.

Unless otherwise prescribed, take one capsule every other day immediately before your first meal, with sufficient liquid.
