As a fat-soluble nutrient, vitamin E plays a crucial role in the body's antioxidant defense system, especially with regard to our biomembranes.

Vitamin E consists of several natural compounds known as tocopherols and tocotrienols. Tocopherols are found mainly in the outer, fat-rich cell structures, such as cell membranes. Tocotrienols differ slightly in structure from tocopherols and can also reach the inside of cells.

In our Vitamin E Complex Capsules, in addition to essential alpha-tocopherol, you will find the full spectrum of all tocopherols and tocotrienols, derived from high-quality natural rice germ oil.

Filler microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, D-alpha tocopheryl acetate, rice germ oil extract.

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule every other day with liquid.
