Taurine has a broad spectrum of effects and is therefore found throughout the body, in high concentrations especially in the brain, liver, eyes, heart, and muscles. It is one of the relaxing neurotransmitters and also plays an important role in the formation of bile acids. As a potent antioxidant, it primarily protects delicate cell membranes from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Taurine 200 mg capsules: taurine, bulking agent pea fiber, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
Taurine 500 mg capsules: taurine, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent pea fiber

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule once daily with liquid.
