Shiitake - Pasania mushroom
Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), also known as the Pasania mushroom, originally comes from East Asia and is one of the most popular edible mushrooms worldwide. It has been prized for centuries, particularly in Asian cuisine, for its aromatic flavor.
The mushroom naturally contains various compounds, including polysaccharides, beta-glucans, lentinan and eritadenine. Carefully selected fruiting bodies are used to make our shiitake extract.
As a supplement, the product contains vitamin C from amla (Phyllanthus emblica), also known as Indian gooseberry. The amla extract used is standardized to 50% vitamin C.
