Numerous tenants live in our gut – around 400 different bacterial strains make up what is known as the gut microbiome. Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli are the most common in terms of quantity.

Modern science is exploring the diverse and positive effects of our gut flora on the human body and its optimal composition. Research focuses primarily on the influence of gut bacteria on digestion and the immune system. The interaction between different types of bacteria is also of interest. The microbiome can become unbalanced, particularly during antibiotic treatment.

A probiotic is a preparation containing viable microorganisms that reach the gut in sufficient quantities to provide a health benefit. A prebiotic refers to soluble dietary fibers such as apple pectin or inulin, which serve as “food” for gut bacteria.

Synbiotic Multi 9 capsules combine probiotic and prebiotic elements. They provide nine bacterial strains combined with natural dietary fibers (apple pectin and inulin). Delayed-release capsules are used to ensure that the bacteria reach the gut unharmed.

Ingredients

Apple pectin, inulin, bulking agent: pea fiber, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 8-strain bacterial blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum), Lactobacillus plantarum, gellan gum, vegetable oil (coconut, rapeseed).

Unless otherwise prescribed, take one capsule once daily with sufficient liquid approximately 30 minutes before meals. If you are undergoing antibiotic treatment, it is recommended that you leave an interval of at least 2 hours before taking Synbiotic Multi 9 capsules.
