Vitamin D3 is one of the body's multitaskers. Among other things, it is involved in physiological processes related to bone metabolism, the immune system, and muscle function. Although the body can produce vitamin D itself through the skin when exposed to sufficient sunlight, vitamin D deficiency is considered widespread. During the winter months, the low intensity of the sun prevents the body's own production; in summer, it is sunscreen, whose benefits in protecting against harmful UV radiation outweigh the drawbacks. Therefore, it is advisable to keep an eye on your vitamin D levels all year round.

The fat-soluble vitamin is dissolved in high-quality olive oil in our drops.
