Biotin Silicon Capsules are a complex formulation of selected nutrients (natural B vitamins, zinc and selenium), green tea and bamboo extracts, and the amino acid cysteine.

The patented PANMOL® B-COMPLEX contains plant-based B vitamins derived from high-quality quinoa sprouts. The vitamins listed below are present in a unique, comprehensive combination: Vit. B1 as aneurin, thiamine pyrophosphate, TTP; Vit. B2 as riboflavin-5-phosphate, FMN, FADH; Vit. B3 as niacin, NADH, NADPH; Vit. B5 as pantothenic acid, coenzyme A; Vit. Unless otherwise prescribed, take one capsule once daily with sufficient liquid.
